No-Show & Cancellation Policy

No-shows and last-minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. We kindly request 24 hours notice so that we are able to offer that time slot to another client. We are unable to receive messages left after hours or on Sundays. We understand that emergencies and accidents happen; therefore, we concede to one no-show or last-minute cancellation before this policy affects you.

Envy Salon reserves the right to charge 50% of service total for no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

After three consecutive no-shows/last-minute cancellations, management reserves the right to ask for all future appointments to be paid in full at least 24 hours before the appointment.
